They absolutely suck, no one picks up the phone and CKGS sucks also, had my wife's visa app since july and this is november and still no update as of yet. I am glad its just her going and not the rest of the family, there are other places in the world to go see besides India. Oh by the way, being called out on national television as India being the worst in the world to enter the country but FIA motorsport council speaks volumes and i agree with them.
Priya spent over an hour with me, helping me to get the visa I needed after applying for one that did not allow multiple entry. I was prepared to drive from Tallahassee, Florida to Atlanta, take off work, and lose the $175 dollars I had spent on my first visa application. Priya, with the help of the vice consulate, took care of me and got everything sorted out promptly and efficiently. I could not recommend them highly enough.
I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Vice Consulate, Mr.Tarlok Badhan for helping me get my passport renewed within a record time of two weeks after submission. He was very prompt with his email replies to any of my questions or concerns regarding the process. I’m grateful to the efficient team @ Indian Consulate in Atlanta. Overall a great experience !!!! Keep up the good work, Indian Consulate.
I will do my best with my influence with this administration to report it. The person at the reception ( male) came out open the door toned with an intent to get bribery! Was very rude when I turned down the request for bribery. I have asked his name and he will not tell his name nor he wore an employee ID either! Sounds like I was there to get some free stuff. As we Indians, we need to protest against this unethical way of conducting business. Few of my friends had the same experience here at Atlanta Indian Consulate. Most of the review here toned the same. Does the counselor see these reviews ? It is bad for us Indians.
I just dealt with a gentleman from the consulate on the phone. He was Mr. Bikash Kumar, Assistant Counselor Officer handling visas. He was very polite and professional and extremely helpful!
This needs to be reported to the Prime Minister Modi.
I meant ZERO star. This place do not deserve any good remark.
