My experience was 100% positive!!!

After reading these horrible reviews, I was very hesitant to go to the consulate. I could not have been more surprised! they were courteous, super efficient and , friendly! A representative named Paula waited on me and got all done in about an hour. Maybe all those "nay sayers" on these reviews should be aware that if THEY bring in inefficiency, if THEY bring in laziness, if THEY bring in suspicion and discourtesy, "that just may be what they SEE! What they themselves brought there. I am so happy I went ahead and kept my appointment and saw for my Self! Thank you.,

It was cordial, friendly, and quick experience. I took me more time to park and find the new office, because they moved to a new building, than the time I was in the consulate picking up my new cédula.

My hubby did not have a good experience, he was helped by an older gentleman, who put very little effort into helping my husband out, every other staff member seemed great though

Less than a year ago the consul changed. It is now only by appointment it more organized and they get you in and out quicker. But it looks like they haven't updated the website to show there new address 1117 perimeter center west sandy springs 30328 suite N401

These lazy bastards only work 4 days a week. You must make an appointment for every errand even if you reside 5 hours away. If I want to register my child, register my marriage, and get a passport for my child I have to make 3 different trips. It's easier to go to Colombia !!

Not sure if the bad reviews were written by frustrated people that though that coming to a public office to conduct business unprepared was going to be an easy task and end up waisting there time because of their own fault, or truly the prior administration was that bad?
