Should have given zero but not option. They need learn how to develop the website and manage the website, poor guide lines for visa requirement, If we Indian have hard time think about others. We are so called IT genius don't know how to run our own consulate website and CKGS too. Should outsource to American company or not Indian owned .
Had a great experience here for an emergency visa I needed at the very moment. Leo is the man! He guided me in the right direction and made the whole experience very pleasant. People like Karan and Bobby were also very helpful. Overall a great experience for a stressful situation. Some tips- arrive early, have all the documentation ready and talk to these guys who can ease out some stress for you!
They are awesome. They have full understanding on what's needed and what's not needed. I had some issues with my notarized document. I had to go back fill up the form and get it notarized s again. But the direction the office gave was really helpful and informative.
Above all I had an appointment and someone else who was trying get ahead of the queue stating they arrived earlier was refused and were asked to wait as I had the appointment in place. Once am done, the other person was served with his request. They respect the customer and policies. Great Job!
Your Call center is simply outstanding and the folks are very informative and helpful . Something has Changed in your IVR in the last 30 days . Now if there is a wait of 15 minutes to be answered , You play music and ask for 1 to be pressed to continue holding . This repeats every 30 seconds and if 1 is not pressed the call is dropped . Effectively you want the caller to press 1 every 30 seconds to talk to some one . This is unacceptable and must be changed immdly , if you do confirm Id be happy to change my rating.
My experience here was amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I really do not understand the negative reviews. If you follow the instructions on the website to the T, you will have a positive experience.
Got my American citizenship last month which was very easy and smooth, they still have blank paper forms to fill out handwritten for senior people who are not computer guru, available for citizenship, American passport and still process faster then anybody else. We are so cold idiot genius .
Make us feel still sitting in old Indian government office with pile of paper which need weight (money) to move the file. If you have contact inside office no need of any papers. I see some agents come and drop their application without calling any token # because they pay the commission back to them. Still feel like they living in British Era.
