On two occasions, I have ordered large sheet cakes online for our company events. The quality of the cakes have been excellent and the details were exactly as requested. I am online today to order another one. Clean store, friendly service, and conveniently on my way to work. 5 stars!
I called in over $500 work of food for a company meeting. I was happy to see that I could get my order as early as 7:15am since my company meeting started at 8:30am and I was the primary presented so I had to be on-time. I ordered from the deli, fresh fruit and bakery departments. The only department that was ready by 7:30am was the bakery. The Fresh fruit department informed me that they never reviewed my order because somehow I submitted it incorrectly however I did receive a confirmation from their department via e-mail. And while the staff was very nice the deli department didn't even start my order until 7:30am. I ended up being late for my company meeting and spent over 30 minutes waiting for my "pre-order". The location works for me but the service I received from 2 of the 3 departments was disappointing.
It is a great location next to a small hill which is full of trees! The ingoing road is very steep though, so be careful. The store isn't the biggest Publix we have seen but it is nicely stocked. We love looking at the Buy 1 Get 1 items in the Publix app every week!
It was unusual that I had to wait more than a few minutes he other day to Check out but the cashier was really off that day. Frustrating. Otherwise it's a good uncrowded experience. Smallish store
