We’re standing here, *15 min* after our online sub pick up time, and our order has been sitting on the counter, half done, for close to 10 min. One, that’s not very sanitary leaving an open sub on the counter with people running everywhere behind the counter, and two, that’s just bad service! Why our order wasn’t even attempted until 5 min after pickup I don’t know. Saying something to the staff didn’t help either. Forget this, just go to Arby’s.
the Publix workers were sensitive to visitors roaming around the store looking lost and offered to help I really appreciate it that.

Good customer service. Selection isn't anything great, but most Publix stores have a limited selection. They do have a good deli.
