They really need to get the prices online to match the prices at the store. Creates a lot of unnecessary confusion for the customer. Not to mention, you have to walk all over the place just to find some help.
What a mess. Placed an appliance order on the web, attempting to avail myself of the advertised "next day delivery" -- then found out (post placement) that the deliveries were delayed for weeks for both items I'd selected. Broken frig and range so needed quickly and therefore tried to rectify immediately with customer service (800 number) and subsequently in person at the Sandy Springs store. HOURS and HOURS attempting to adjust and although store staff helpful (Ryan and Kevin), in the end, part of my two piece appliance order was arbitrarily cancelled and not delivered. No call to advise on delivery timing for a Sunday delivery. No explanation or details provided as to why cancellation (and asst store manager, Daniel, although appropriately apologetic, advised me he couldn't give me the information as to why such occurred when he did find out what happened.). Another day inconvenienced. Store inventory control system is an old DOS-based behemoth and clearly, the "800" line and store systems aren't in tandem . Last time I buy appliances at Lowes.
Worst shopping and Customer Service experience ever.Ordered a product for pick up at store.Email comes to collect it. There is a person standing at the pick up does and does nothing but say, go to customer service desk - 2 people working slowly at their own pace. 45 mins later, they realize, they can find the product that was supposedly ready for pick up!!! So you would think CSR would be able to atleast ship it to home, except they say, cant do it, wont do it! So save your time, energy and $$ and go to Home Depot or elsewhere. Worthless!!
Bad management, good luck getting any kind of help from an "associate"... just go by home depot first Please, you will thank me later!
Their saw didn't work, no customer service personnel to find for help but clean and smells good.
