The bagel was great and I'd come back just for the bagel.

Decent enough bagel, but a tad expensive. They were out of coffee on a Sunday at 10AM, credit card reader was down as well. Comfortable seating options and plenty of electrical plugs, and usb ports!

We were in town for graduation and needed a good, quick breakfast and coffee refill. The bagels here are so good and fresh. They also have a nice variety to choose from. We all got breakfast sandwiches. Those of us that got coffee were not impressed. It smelled better than it tasted (hate weak coffee of any kind). The lemonade was great and the staff was awesome though

Pretty good breakfast menu. The bagels are the real star for me. I had a plain toasted with butter and it was absolutely delicious. We had an egg and bacon sandwich bagel, the bacon was great, the eggs tasted like they were carton (not fresh beaten eggs).

The Bagel was decent but I prefer to take my business to a place where they appreciate their customers and don't talk to them like they are a nuisance.

The bagels are better than most. 4 stars are a result of the friendly and knowledgeable staff!

While I was waiting a guy in a Giants jacket that worked there asked me if I was being helped. I told him that I was waiting for my bagel to get cut and it was ridiculous how long it was taking. He sarcastically replied, "thank you for your patience.". After my bagel got cut I had to wait even longer for my cream cheese and then I said "I can't believe it's taking so long to get this cream cheese" and the guy behind the counter in the Giants jacket again sarcastically replied "thank you for your patience."

Instead of being rude and sarcastic that guy could have apologized to me and figured out a way to get my bagel and my cream cheese to me faster. But he found it more appropriate to be sarcastic and rude to a customer. Combine that with the fact that they couldn't cut my bagel until everyone else was helped and I'm confident I won't be returning.

This is my first time at this location. I went in and had to choose my own Bagel from bins they had up front which I found kind of awkward. I then took the bagel to the cashier and asked her if I could get the bagel cut and get a small side of plain cream cheese. After she rang up my bagel I had to wait for everybody else in the line and even people that came in after that before my bagel got cut and to get my cream cheese.

The latte we had was tasty though strong.
