I was In there Sunday the floor is like a ghost town until I found the lady name Katherine on the floor was helping the other lady because since the store looks like a big dirty mess so I have no choice to asked her so she pointed to the shelve even before I was finished the question so I walk around and still didn't see it so I asked her again and she has a nerves to tell me to go asked the girl HANA in the front WTH she works on the floor and doesn't even know where the merchandise are KATHERINE IS A VERY RUDE TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS AND HANNA NOT MUCH BETTER EITHER she's haven attitude when I asked her was the pump on sale like they said in the web but was not on sale the website only put sales price to lure customers into the stores and to be treated rude by these 2 employees and the place looks more like a butcher shop than a pet store It's very dirty and cloudy air PETS SMART IS WAY BETTER CLEANER AND Great SERVICE I DIDN't go to pets smart because the item I want was out of stock but believe me nothing can bring me to this store location again NO HELP UNFRIENDLY EMPLOYEES ANd FALSE ADVERTISING Shame on you PETCO for treated pet lover so disrespectful by your employees
Stopped by there last week. I spoke with Jeff. He was great. He made great recommendations on products for my new dog. He gave me a Welcome To The Family book which was full of coupons. I will be back. Jeff is awesome!!
Little understaffed at times, so there isn't enough attention given to clients in the fish section. They have nice oscars by the way !!
I took my dog to get groomed here and the staff was nice enough, however the place was dirty. I wish I had listened to my gut instinct, and not dropped her off. When I picked her up the groomer referred to my dog as "the little old lady" (it bothers me she did not think this was the lease bit offensive) my dog had poop hanging from her back side, and has had diarrhea since returning home. She looks good but I feel bad for leaving her in such a dirty place. I don't feel like they cared about her.
I will not be bringing my business back here.
Grooming here is terrible.
The most recent time we took our dog here, they didn't even try to cut or dremel her back paws and one of her front ones was hurt by the dremel. Wouldn't be that much of an issue but they didn't say anything! That's not the worst of it - they cut my dogs whiskers. You read that correctly. One side of her nose had super short whiskers and the other was a little longer but obviously cut.
The time before that her nails were left absolutely jagged and sharp. The time before that they didn't wash her head.
