Newer shopping complex, has tons of stores (some of them are empties) and not enough parking spots. On top of that, they allow some stores to put reserved parking place which makes it worse for other shop's attendance, where their reserved parking is just there empty and unused. Also Loews or some construction taking up more parking spaces, that makes situation worse. Some restaurants had been closed and changed over in short period of times.

So many empty store fronts... it gives the impression the plaza is not prospering. However the full parking lot tells a contrary story. The plaza was clean and it is a good site to take a walk around. We visited Jinya's Ramen Bar, it was delicious.
Centrally located shopping center with multiple restaurants including a new steakhouse, several ethnic, and healthy options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also retail has a multitude of options from diamonds to home improvement for easy one location to do list. It can be difficult to enter with traffic at certain times of day.
Well put together. Best Kroger ever, good eats, several useful random businesses
