Other reviews must have had dealt with different employees than I did today, because this was the single best post office experience that I've had in my 28 years of existence. Cedric was helpful and friendly and solved all my problems.
I wish it were possible to give this a zero stars because I would in a heartbeat. Terrible service served with an attitude. It's almost better when they don't answer the phone because talking to a stone will probably be more satisfying than the excuses PO "workers" will throw at you once they finally lick a ringing phone.
Do not recommend you use this location for PO Boxes.
Friendly staff, poor service. I have had terrible issues with my PO Box. Mail is often delivered weeks after it is received and I was charged twice monthly for the first 4-5 months. Also, women should be careful after-hours; men are often sleeping on tables located outside the post office and sometimes standing inside for shelter. I have befriended some of the homeless but do not go inside (alone) after hours.
Every single time FedEx or UPS hands off to this post office my package goes missing and when I go in to try to get assistance, I get the run-around. So far this has been my experience with all USPS in the Sandy Springs area
It's the Post Office...How great can it possibly be??? Service at this location ranges from friendly and laid back to those either totally slacking off or offering obscure rules to make patron's lives just that much more difficult.
