I call a cap last week , came on time , driver was nice , ride price wasn t bad , nice service .i will continue to call them for service thx.

tried to call to get services for my guests and they kept hanging up on me. Horrible service!!! will not recommend.
I made a reservation online for the following day. After hours and no respond I called and was told that nobody checked the computer. I then made the reservation over the phone. I was also told I would get a call back with the fare but that did not happen either. I waited the following day for the cab and nobody showed. I called and was told no cab was available for another 20 min. The time elapsed and no cab came. I got in my car and paid for long term parking. Sad not to have reliable service .
Just horrible and rude, I called to get a taxi and the man answers "Hello" I reply is this a "Hello" he cuts me off, so I said it again, is this a taxi service? then he says yes oh sir very politely. At first he seemed to have an attitude. How am I suppose to know who I'm calling or if it's the right number if you don't answer the phone professionally, with at least the name of the business? I hung up and called somewhere else.
