DON'T GO TO THIS REGAL!! I WOULD RATE 0 IF I COULD!
Nice place. Close to 400, 285 & Marta stations so easily accessible. It is neat and compact. Auditorium was not so clean as I guess our shows were consecutive. I saw cleaners cleaning other auditoriums and so would give them free pass. Average seats. Nice place to enjoy a movie.
We like this place. Nice place and big parking area. It is near to Sandy springs Marta station as well.
This is a decent theater but given that it's in Dunwoody I expect more from it, especially since other theaters now offer bigger screens, better seats and a more luxury experience for the same after matinee price. If you can, go to another theater but if it's convenient or has a showing that you really want to see, there's not much wrong with this place.
It's extremely cold regardless of summer & winter. The cold temp makes it hard to enjoy the movie. Also, theatre needs to be updated with better sound, screens & seats. This is my least favorite place to watch a movie.
Please avoid this location if you can. The staff and management here do not care about their customers! My girlfriend and I went there this past weekend to see a movie. During our movie, there was a guy in the theater who was being very disruptive and distracting. I went to inform one of the ushers who did not seem to care. Apparently the same guy was in the concession/lobby area doing the same thing. The staff was aware that the guy was being a disturbance, yet nothing was done. After giving me a blank stare as if they didn't want to deal with the situation, one of the ushers followed me back to the theater. The usher simply walked to the row the guy was in, stared at him and left. No one ever returned back to the theater and the guy was disruptive for the remainder of the movie. Another customer in the same movie even confronted the guy with no success. After the movie, I went to complain to the manager but she was also aware of the guy and mentioned that he was in the concession/lobby area earlier. Again WHY WAS NOTHING done if you were aware of this. She thanked us for letting them know however, NO apology or refund was ever offered. I usually don't write reviews but this was an absolute must because we spent way too much money ($27) to have a horrible experience such as this. DO NOT waste your time or money going to this location! It seems that the staff at this location could care less about their customers.
